These terms cover the use of this website and the way Panta Noura works with clients. Specific engagements are confirmed separately in writing.

What Panta Noura does

Panta Noura provides language tuition, travel and concierge assistance, wedding and event coordination, practical business support and Soul Talk conversations, delivered personally and through a trusted local network in Tanzania.

Enquiries are not bookings

Sending the enquiry form, a WhatsApp message or an email starts a conversation. It does not create a booking. Nothing is confirmed until we have agreed the scope, dates and price with you in writing.

Professional services

Panta Noura does the practical work: obtaining and preparing documents, submitting them through the proper channels and following them through to completion. Where a matter is reserved to a licensed professional — legal advice, accounting, and certain registration and immigration filings — we work with appropriately licensed local providers, or help you appoint one. Approvals, timeframes and government outcomes rest with the authorities and cannot be guaranteed.

Soul Talk

Soul Talk offers peer conversation and personal support. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment or professional counselling, and it is not a crisis service. If you need urgent help, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service in your country. Soul Talk is offered to female clients only.

Third parties

Some services involve independent third parties — drivers, venues, accommodation, suppliers and other providers. We select them carefully and coordinate on your behalf, but they remain responsible for the services they themselves deliver.
